Easter Egg Dying

The kids are hooked on this song!  Nevermind the correct lyrics...they just say whatever they think the singer is saying.

Natalie is 3!

Natalie turned 3 years old on February 1st.  Andrew and Grandma were on hand for the big celebration.  The Big Girl received lots of love and gifts from the whole family.  Here are the highlights.

Bowling

We went bolwing with our neighbors during Christmas break.  It was Natalie's first bowling experience and Madison's second.  In the picture is Madison's BFF Elizabeth.

Happy to report there were no tears or injuries.  Natalie bowled a 60 and Madison scored 71.  Not too shabby!

Science Center - New Year's Eve

We went to the Science Center in Des Moines on New Year's Eve.  The place was packed!

 Here's Madison in the Iowa exhibit.  Apparently, Iowa has lots of snakes because that was 90% of what was on display.

Natalie was not very interested in the live snakes.  Neither was Scott.

Our last stop was the space exhibit.  It was a fun day, but we will have to wait till the girls are a little older to really enjoy the Science Center.  I wish Des Moines had a Children's Museum.  Maybe some day! 

Christmas Eve Wii

Our Wii has been out of commission for a while because the remote sensor fell off the TV and broke.  We got a new one and are back in business.  Here's Madison playing the Hannah Montana game yesterday morning.  Madison got a horse game yesterday for Christmas so we'll have to check it out later today.
