Melvin Moose Days Kid Parade

Some friends of ours live in Melvin (a nearby and smaller-than-Hartley town) and invited Madison to join in the kid parade last night. It was a cowboy theme...the yellow bandana was the best I could do at the last minute. She loved every minute of it!

The Melvin Moose...this float hits all the local parades. There once was a huge moose roaming down the main street in Melvin, hence the name of the celebration.

Here is Madison with a fellow Madison passenger. That Madison's mommy got her a cowgirl hat with her name on it.
