Ear Tubes

Natalie got ear tubes on Wednesday morning. She had several ear infections in a row so I made her an appointment on Tuesday with the ENT doctor. He found that she had yet another bad ear infection and offered to squeeze her surgery into the next day's schedule. We left for the Orange City hospital (45 minutes away) at 5:30am and were back home by 10:30am. She's feeling much better now. I hate seeing the kids in a hospital gown...makes me thankful that our children are healthy and well. I can barely handle handing them over to the nurse for the 20 minute non-painful procedure. I can't imagine how I'd feel if they were about to undergo a major surgery.
